PLAYER BIO:
My name is Ava Sowder, and this is my fourth year with DistinXion. I chose Distinxion because I was looking for good team environment, competitive basketball, new friends, and self improvement.What I love most about DistinXion is how we prioritize our relationship with Christ, both on and off the court. My ultimate goal on the court is to be a good leader, communicator, and encouraging teammate. My goal off the court is to be a Physical Therapist/ Athletic Trainer. I want to have hobbies that benefit and bring others together. My plans after college are to continue running cross country and playing basketball in college. My dream "job" is to travel full time. My dream job, however, is to own a bakery. In my free time I like to hang with friends, shop, bake, clean, run, coffee, play card games, and go camping. I'm a waitress at Huber's family restaurant in Starlight, IN. Ask for me when you come visit;)
